Title: Value Guide (Peer Group Facilitator)

Position Summary:
As a Value Guide, you will lead monthly In-Person Peer Groups for business owners using the Value Builder System™. Your role is to facilitate structured conversations that help owners grow the value of their business, reduce dependency, and stay accountable to their goals. This is a part-time, high-impact role ideal for experienced coaches, consultants, and business advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and launch your GTSI Peer Groups of business owners
  • Facilitate monthly 3-hour sessions using the Value Builder framework
  • Guide focused, confidential discussions that promote accountability and insight
  • Prepare for each meeting by reviewing member progress and session materials
  • Encourage participation and manage group dynamics
  • Submit session reports and member updates
  • Attend monthly Value Guide Huddles and ongoing training sessions

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission for each member you personally recruit
  • Monthly facilitation fees for each active group you lead
  • No cap on income potential

Qualifications:

  • Accredited or willing to become an Accredited Value Guide
  • Proven experience in coaching, consulting, or peer advisory roles
  • Skilled in group facilitation and empathetic leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Aligned with our mission to help entrepreneurs build more valuable, self-sustaining businesses

Time Commitment Estimate:

  • 5 to 7 hours per month per group
  • Includes preparation, facilitation, and reporting

Typical Member Profile:

- Owner of a privately held business with $5 million to $25 million in annual revenue 

- Actively working through the Value Builder System™ with the goal of increasing business value 

- Open to peer learning, feedback, and accountability 

- Committed to attending monthly sessions and applying insights between meetings

Reporting Line:
Reports to the Program Director or Lead Coach

Location:
Remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the Greater Metro Atlanta Area
